That’s why I’ve decided to hold a special to help you reach and maintain your goals throughout the season! Valid from November 13th through December 21st, I am offering personal training only for those looking to gear up for the holidays!

  • 60 minute session personal training PLUS 2 additional written workouts every week
  • Tailored plans to fit your individual needs & goals
  • Tips on how to structure workouts in the future (one of my values as a trainer has always been to set my clients up for success in the future. Knowing how to create your own workouts gives you autonomy & efficacy to be your own guide & maintain goals after professional training!)
  • Text support for form or other fitness-related questions
  • All equipment included for sessions! This is a mobile service, so I will come to you & provide the necessary equipment for all workouts provided!

Payment Info:

  • Single session (no other workouts included) for $65
  • 1 month (4 sessions, 12 total workouts) for $200
  • 3 month (12 sessions, 36 total workouts) for $540
